Eligible creators can now link their Shopify store to their YouTube channel and promote products they sell using video intros, outros, and annotations. Shopify will also handle checkout and shipping details so viewers can purchase products without leaving the YouTube platform. For many creators, this will be a great way to monetize their content and connect with their fans deeper.
The tools are available to eligible creators in select countries

If you’re an eligible creator, you can now link your Shopify store to your YouTube channel to take advantage of monetization benefits. This move by YouTube provides creators with another avenue for monetizing their content and reach and will likely be a boon for eCommerce businesses. It’s also yet another way that YouTube is solidifying its position as a go-to destination for online shoppers.
